Served alongside pomegranate & mint yoghurt sauce, grilled vegetables
and roasted garlic, parsley & olive oil-infused mashed potatoes. $20


Mediterranean Phyllo Pie

Flaky phyllo pastry stuffed with roasted red pepper, oven dried tomato,
fresh spinach & tangy goats' cheese. With lemony herb-roasted potatoes and
jicama, carrot & cranberry salad with an orange-ginger dressing. $17
